Michelle LeBlanc Leckert, CAI

Michelle LeBlanc Leckert has over thirteen years of experience in the auction industry. She is Vice President, Director of Administration & Finance for Neal Auction Company (a New Orleans, Louisiana based auction house specializing in fine art and antiques) and is a principal auctioneer. For many years, Leckert has worked closely with private clients in helping them build notable art and antique collections locally and nationwide.

Mrs. Leckert also works alongside Benefit Auctions 360 as an associate auctioneer, and has devoted her time to many fund raising auctions for non-profits and other institutions such as the Hornets Charities, America’s Wetland Foundation, American Cancer Society and the Meriden Museum of Art.

Mrs. Leckert has earned the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation, the most highly respected educational designation in the auction industry. CAI is an executive development program offering coursework in management skills, business ethics, finance, marketing, and much more. The classes, spanning three years at Indiana University, are taught by some of the most distinguished leaders in the auction industry. Less than 5% of auctioneers nationwide have achieved CAI status.

She is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and is a member of the Presidents membership committee, Louisiana Auctioneers Association, and Society for Human Resources Management and is a Certified Bookkeeper for the American Institute for Professional Bookkeepers.
